Power and Strength

This program is a high intensity, low volume Strength and Power program, with some arm work at the end of upper body sessions. Ideally the program is designed for individuals with some level of lifting experience and has had followed previous fitness programs. Due to the amount of load/weight being lifted, users will need to be cautious of overtraining or overloading their bodies and not allowing sufficient recovery.
