The Ultimate goal of this program is to increase your core strength and stability. Maximum 15 mins a day (inc. warm up) 5 days a week Mon to Fri + optional AMRAP weekend workout. No equipment required - this is bodyweight only! I have taken inspiration from the fastest endurance athletes, fittest gymnasts & strongest weightlifters - you will not do one sit up but you will do a few Burpees and Push Up's.
