SST Level Up Level 2

SST Level Up L2 – Beginner Strength Programme for Swimmers SST Level Up L2 is a 4-week beginner strength programme designed for swimmers who have completed Level 1 or have basic gym experience. This phase builds on foundational movement patterns by increasing training volume, introducing unilateral strength work, and implementing RPE-based load management. Athletes develop greater trunk control, load tolerance and technical consistency while continuing to strengthen key qualities that support performance in the water.
