Golf Strength & Conditioning 1

This is a phase 1 programme designed to address the needs for the game of golf. Strngthening and stabilising the muscles used in golf and also used to support the golfers movements. This programme also reduces the risk of overuse injuries associated with golf. As a result of this programme players should feel more stable, strong and feel the benefits in every swing. Programme consists of a Lower session and an upper session both of which àlso have a large focus on core strength.
