Full Body Weight Training 1

A 2 day Full Body program designed for those with limited time in the week to attend the gym. This program hits of 6 primary movements of the human body. Lower Body Push/Pull, Upper Body (Vertical and Horizontal) Push/Pull and core exercises to strengthen the pillar that transfers forces between the lower and upper portions of the body. As well as protection to the spine. You will become stronger through this program, lose fat and gain additional muscle tissue to complement your bodies abilities.
