ACL prevention project block 1

Strong foundations for safe and effective movement Your journey to becoming a faster, more resilient athlete starts with mastering fundamental movement techniques. This block will teach you how to land, stop, and change direction safely and efficiently, reducing your risk of injury while improving your speed, balance, and control. Learn the movement principles that elite athletes use to stay healthy and explosive all season long! There are 3 sessions per week to follow and is gym based. You would ideally have some space e.g. a grass area to be able to complete some small movement drills
