Beginner Jog/Running Program

This program is a progressive walking and jogging program to build aerobic endurance/capacity for those to begin a running routine for leisure, competitive sport or to improve health and wellbeing. The program is best suited for beginners however, those looking to return to running after an injury or a considerable amount of time away from running. Each day and week has a different duration of walk/jog/run. Be sure to record your distance for each activity. (Can use a smart watch/phone to assist recording distance for accuracy.
