Elite level change of direction performance - This is the final step toward mastering elite-level agility, deceleration, and power. Every movement will be tested under high speeds, reactive drills, and game-intensity conditions, ensuring that your mechanics hold up in real competition. This block is designed to make you faster, more explosive, and better protected from injury than ever before. This block has 3 sessions per week. You will need some kit: a miniband, a dowel, a medicine ball you don't mind throwing (5-7kg is fine), cones and a small hurdle (or another object to jump over).
