Basic Exercise Program 2

This program is a 3 day a week program which is suited everyone looking to commence their gym training or even to return to gym training after some time off. This is an excellent program for beginners which will introduce new people to the gym and it's basic equipment. It also provides people who have more experience and beginners with a base level of strength for the faster, complex, technical, more physically demanding exercises and work loads in programs or activities that are further challenging.
