Christmas Running Program 2024

This program is designed to target speed, endurance, and pacing. It consists of 3 running sessions per week(4th optional run): 1. Speed Intervals: Focused on short, fast efforts to develop speed and anaerobic capacity. 2. Threshold/Tempo Runs: Improves your ability to maintain a fast pace over longer distances by working just below your maximum effort. 3.
