Bulletproof Triathlete S&C

Strength is the basis of endurance. This simple to follow, easy to implement S&C program for triathletes is focussed on those looking at the half and full Ironman distance race. Required Equipment: Free weights (Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells) a resistance band and if possible, a plyo box. Two sessions a week; 1 Lower + Core and 1 Upper + Plyo. Following these two sessions weekly will go a long way to helping you achieve your race goals and stay injury free.
