This 8-week beginner-intermediate program is aimed at soccer and GAA athletes and is designed to enhance total body strength and promote muscle growth. The focus is on building strength and size while challenging movement patterns. It includes 3 sessions: Lower Body, Total Body, and Upper Body. The program is flexible, allowing you to adjust the schedule as needed. Recovery or low-intensity days after Lower Body and Total Body sessions are recommended to reduce injury risk. Week 4 serves as a "deload" week, featuring two full body sessions for recovery before a more intense week 5-8 block.
